Yahoo Finance Jetstar drops two-for-one sale: 'Fly a friend for free'
The budget airline has announced a massive sale for you and your mate. But you’ll need to get in quick.
Although 2023 has only just begun, many of us are already dreaming of our next getaway. Luckily, Jetstar has announced its latest ‘fly a friend for free’ sale so you can stop dreaming and start planning.
The budget airline is currently offering two-for-one flight deals on 52 holiday packages. Under the deal, for each full paying passenger, an additional passenger can fly for free.
The deal applies to selected holiday packages and covers destinations like Bali, the Gold Coast, Noosa, Hamilton Island and Port Douglas, as well as city breaks to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hobart.

The holiday packages include return Starter airfares and accommodation for a set number of nights, and some also throw in breakfast, drinks and transfers from the airport.
For instance, one holiday package from Melbourne to Bali includes a four-night stay at The Haven in Seminyak, a daily buffet breakfast and complimentary buffet dinner from $859 for two travellers.
Another deal is flying from Sydney to Hamilton Island with a three-night stay at Daydream Island Resort, a daily buffet breakfast, $100 food and beverage credit and return ferry transfers from $1,478 for two travellers.
The sale is on now until 11:59pm AEDT on Monday January 30, 2023, unless sold out prior.
Terms and conditions apply. For example, checked baggage isn’t included and the deals only apply to selected packages, flights, destinations and travel dates. There are also limited changes allowed once you have booked and you may incur fees.
The offer also applies to single bookings, so passengers need to travel on the same flights and stay in the same hotel room.
