Jetstar launches Valentine's Day sale: ‘Return for free’

The Aussie airline has dropped its ‘Return for Free’ holiday package sale, with deals to Phuket, Daydream Island, the Gold Coast and more.

Catch flights and feelings this Valentine’s Day with Jetstar’s massive Return for Free sale.

The budget airline has dropped the prices on select holiday packages, including international flights to Phuket and domestic deals to the Gold Coast, Cairns, Perth and more.

Prices start from just $269 per person and include return starter fares and accommodation, plus a range of inclusions like daily breakfast, dinner, late checkout and more.

“Whether it's starting a new romance that lasts a few days or a lifetime, rekindling an old flame, travelling solo and organising a date, or being reunited with your long-distance lover, holidays are full of people giving love a chance,” Jetstar partner and relationship and love expert Samantha Jayne said.

And if things don’t work out, you can always return free.

Some of the deals include:

  • Nap Patong Phuket - flights plus 5 nights, from $751 per person (departing Melbourne)

  • Daydream Island Resort - flights plus 3 nights, from $784 per person (departing Sydney)

  • QT Gold Coast - flights plus 3 nights, $496 per person (departing Sydney)

  • Oakwood Premier Melbourne - flights plus 2 nights, from $269 per person (departing Adelaide)

Travel dates vary depending on the route, but include flights from mid-July to late November, 2023.

Jetstar’s Return for Free sale is on now and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday, February 20, 2023, unless sold out prior.

Aussies are expected to spend up big this Valentine’s Day, splashing out $485 million. Flowers are the top gift (42 per cent), followed by chocolates and food (29 per cent), toys (7 per cent) and dining out and getaways (7 per cent).
