Aussies are going wild over Big W’s clearance sale, with parents snapping up $2 deals on kids’ clothes and shoes.

One Aussie mum took to social media to share her impressive savings and revealed she reduced her $906.35 shop to just $112.85 - a saving of $793.50.

“My savings at Big W. My 10-year-old and 12-year-old girls ran riot. The shoes and clothes!!!!! They had a good haul,” she shared on Facebook.

“My son got some shoes and shorts. Rest basically on the tweens. Oh and I only went for one pair of pants for my teenager, which I realised half way home [I had forgotten] so had to turn around and go back for the work pants.”

Other Aussies also shared their savings on Facebook, with one managing to save a whopping $1,062.46 on her shop.

“$2 sale is amazing when you have six kids,” the shopper wrote on the popular Big W Mums Facebook Group, sharing she scored a haul of 76 items for just $195.90.

As well as cheap kids’ clothes, the retail giant is also offering clearance deals on women’s and men’s clothes, home and appliances, toys, tech and audio, and more.

Big W’s is also running an Afterpay sale now until 11:59pm AEDT Sunday, March 19, while stocks last.
