A luxurious Gold Coast waterfront property could be yours for just $2.

One lucky Aussie will win the fully furnished property as part of a $3.3 million prize offered by the Mater Prize Home lottery, run by the Mater Foundation.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom property is located at 16 Sovereign Lane, Coomera and has an estimated market value of $1,675,000.

The modern property spans across two levels and offers waterfront views and open-plan living. Other features include an alfresco area overlooking the canal, a built-in barbeque and bar fridge, a pool and a private pontoon.

In addition to the house, the lucky winner will also receive a Tesla Model 3, a Sea Ray 250 SLX boat, two Yamaha jet skis, two surfboards and $1 million cashable gold bullion.

Lottery tickets start at $2 and can be purchased from the Mater Lotteries website. But you’ll need to get in quick. The lottery will close on December 20 at 7:55pm AEST and the winner will be drawn on December 23 at 12:00pm AEST.

Ticket purchases go to funding Mater Research, Mater Health and Mater Education and supporting medical and clinical research.

And if you are more of a Morton Bay than Gold Coast person, Mater Lotteries is also giving away a Bribie Island home as part of a separate lottery.

The $1.5 million home backs onto the Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club and includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ticket sales close February 20, 2023 and the winner will be drawn on February 23, 2023.
