Leader of the Opposition Peter Dutton has sold his Brisbane-based penthouse for a massive $3.47 million after buying it last year for $2.7 million.

The penthouse was sold by Place New Farm agent Alex Rutherford who told Realestate.com.au the new owner was Queensland-based.

“There was lots of interest in the penthouse, which sold within four days of hitting it the market,” Rutherford said.

“There was one offer but there was others booked to look at it who were just pipped at the post. We are so excited for the owners.”
