12 HOUR FLASH SALE: Jetstar launches $179 direct flights to Korea
Jetstar has launched direct flights to its newest international travel destination: South Korea.
And to celebrate its launch, it’s giving away one-way tickets to Seoul for a jaw-dropping price of $179.
It means Korea-bound travellers can fly there and back for just $358, striking off around $200 from the cheapest alternative online of around $550, according to Finder’s analysis of Skyscanner.

The new route takes off on 8 December 2019, at which point direct flights on the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner from the Gold Coast to Incheon will operate three times a week.
The travel period for the flights are from December 2019 to June 2020.
But act quick, because the sale only lasts for 12 hours from Friday noon AEST 3 May 2019 to 11:59pm.
Jetstar is the first low-cost carrier to offer direct flights from Australia to South Korea, the air carrier said in a statement on its website.
As a low-cost carrier, checked baggage is not included, and limited changes to your ticket apply.
