It has licensing agreements with NeuroLife-Sciences SAS for use of mazindol for the treatment of ADHD; and Eurofarma Laboratorios S.A. for commercialization and distribution of Nolazol in Latin America. NLS Pharmaceutics AG was incorporated in 2015 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
