Heinz Tschabold is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Professional for real estate securities. He graduated in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master's in Finance and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Following his academic studies, Heinz Tschabold worked as financial analyst at UBS Warburg and assisted Swiss companies in the construction and engineering fields. In 2002, he joined Credit Suisse and was responsible for implementing fundamental market research and quantitative models in the direct real estate sector. He was responsible for the asset allocation of the first real estate fund investing internationally, Real Estate Fund International. In 2008, he moved to the real estate securities and has been responsible for the mandates and funds in the area of international real estate and infrastructure investments for institutional and private clients. He developed market expertise for all developed and emerging market equity and fund investment products and implemented private equity, long-short equity as well as covered-call investment strategies. He was lead portfolio manager of Realis Investment Ltd.
