What can we expect for property prices next year?

"As the table below reveals, SQM Research forecasts an acceleration of dwelling price, with Sydney dwelling prices forecast to rise 11 percent to 16 percent for the 2017 calendar year," SQM Research's annual Boom & Bust report states.
