Remote Aussie town offering $450k salary and incredible perks to lure one worker to its shores
The worker would not only be given that eye-watering salary, but also free rent and a free car.
A small town 500 kilometres south of Perth is offering an eye-watering salary to lure a doctor to its idyllic shores. Bremer Bay is in desperate need of a general practitioner (GP) and they'll not only have the chance to earn up to $450,000 a year, but also enjoy free rent and a free car.
Bremer Bay is next to the Fitzgerald River National Park and nearly 40 minutes away from the closest town. Currently, they only have one temporary doctor; the next permanent GP is in Albany, almost 200 kilometres away, and the town is looking for the "Swiss army knife of doctors" to step up.
It could be the perfect spot to live if you want to be by the ocean and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus the job perks are pretty impressive.
