Gorgeous 4-bedroom home to go under the hammer with no reserve
The home will be auctioned off with the proceeds of the sale going to a good cause.
A stunning four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the outer Geelong town of Lara will go under the hammer on Good Friday with no reserve price. This means the home could sell for as little as the opening bid.
But there’s a very good reason the home is going under the hammer, with all proceeds from the sale going to the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal.
The home has ample living space, a home theatre and a pizza oven for entertaining, and comes fully-furnished.

Located at 83 Coridale Boulevard, the property was built by Henley Homes and offers numerous entertaining areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
On the second floor, the master suite features an oversized dressing area and ensuite with a freestanding bath. There are also three more generously sized bedrooms with walk-ins, a hang-out spot space and another bathroom.
The ground floor is designed with entertainment in mind and comes with an open-plan kitchen, living and dining, along with a separate study, laundry and powder room. There’s even a dedicated theatre room to host movie nights.
Outside the entertaining space continues with an undercover area complete with a pizza oven.
Everything from the furniture, appliances and TVs to the bedding, soft furnishings and decor will be included in the sale price.
The home will be auctioned at 2:00pm AEST on Good Friday (April 7). With no reserve set, buyers will be able to secure the home at any price.
