Coles drops KitchenAid collectibles worth over $300

Coles is launching its latest collectible range, with shoppers able to score hundreds in freebies.

Coles is launching a brand-new collectible range in partnership with iconic cookware giant KitchenAid and there are a ton of freebies up for grabs.

From Wednesday, April 3, Coles customers can earn themselves one of six pieces from the new ovenware collection.

Like in previous years, shoppers can earn one KitchenAid Ovenware credit by scanning their Flybuys card when they spend $20 or more in one transaction from Coles, in-store and online.

The six-piece collection features three returning pieces - nestable small, medium and large bakers. There are also three brand-new additions - a utensil rest and marinating dish, a 26cm cast iron grill pan and a 30cm cast iron oval casserole dish with lid.

“To date, we have provided over 31 million kitchen items to Australians for free and each time we run these programs our customers love the opportunity to top up their kitchens with new products to inspire their love and creativity of cooking,” Coles chief customer officer Amanda McVay said.

“To help customers get their hands on the range faster, we’re offering BONUS credits from 13 household brands, including Continental, Finish, Colgate, Primo, Up & Go and over 170 Coles Finest products across the store.”

The collection starts from 20 credits for the utensil rest and marinating dish. It goes up to 160 credits for the 30cm cast iron oval casserole dish.

KitchenAid no longer appears to sell 30cm dishes, but sells smaller, similar 26cm casserole dishes for $299.95 full price.

Coles also offers a ‘half credits, half pay’ option which allows shoppers to purchase a KitchenAid collectible in-store at Coles or through Coles Online using half credits and half the retail price.

The collection is available in-store and online from next Wednesday, while stocks last.

Shoppers resell collectibles

Shoppers could also make a tidy profit by reselling their KitchenAid collectibles online.

Coles KitchenAid small 15cm bowls have recently sold on eBay for $25, while medium 31cm dishes have sold for $35.

Coles KitchenAid cast iron 22cm casserole pots have sold for as much as $65 recently online. Not bad considering you can earn the collectibles by doing your regular shopping.
