CEO, Secretary & Director of Treasure Global Picks Up 66% More Stock

Potential Treasure Global Inc. (NASDAQ:TGL) shareholders may wish to note that the CEO, Secretary & Director, Chong Teo, recently bought US$187k worth of stock, paying US$0.18 for each share. We reckon that's a good sign, especially since the purchase boosted their holding by 66%.

Treasure Global Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Notably, that recent purchase by Chong Teo is the biggest insider purchase of Treasure Global shares that we've seen in the last year. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (US$0.40), we still think insider buying is a positive. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.
