Tennis superstar Serena Williams discusses how she's adapting to life in lockdown during the coronavirus pandemic

Serena Williams discusses how her family has adapted to life during the coronavirus pandemic.

Video transcript

SERENA WILLIAMS: I see all the memes online that talk about, like, quarantine how everyone's getting a little thicker. But I really took out this time to take-- to take and cleanse my body. So I've been actually-- I've been doing that since quarantining started. So I've been doing these things 30 days, and I would take, like, two days off. And then, I completed my second 30 days and I took, like, three days off.

And now, I'm actually doing another cleanse for 60 days-- excuse me. So those 60 days are intense. I'm doing another one for 60 days and they're intense. But I just eat really healthy. I cut off eating, I do intermittent fasting. I eat-- I try to eat healthy and, you know, it's no fun. And I'm like, I want a drink in quarantine, too!
