Biden's reported tariffs, Novavax and Sweetgreen shares: Yahoo Finance

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) is holding on to gains as best as it can ahead of Friday's session close, in the hopes of extending its May win streak.

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSM) shares are steadily moving in the green after reporting a 60% sales jump in April for its AI chips. As the Biden administration prepares to report on the status of US trade tariffs on China, Wall Street is listening closely as to whether possible policy changes could impact high-demand sectors, specifically semiconductor and electric vehicle manufacturers.

Yahoo Finance's other top trending tickers include Novavax (NVAX), Sweetgreen (SG), SoundHound AI (SOUN), GameStop (GME), and Arista Networks (ANET).
