The company operates through five segments: Crop Growing, Mushroom Growing, Dairy, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, and Technologies for Sustainable Agriculture. It is involved in the production of mushroom, as well as compost for mushroom growing; organic milk production, and cattle raising activities; and growing of various crops, such as organic wheat, legumes, rapeseed, sugar beets, oat, barley, and other crops, as well as organic vegetables and feed for livestock. The company offers ready-to-eat soups, preserved mushrooms, packaged vegetables, eggs, groats, bottled milk, flour, oat flakes, and other products. It also provides human resource management, trade and logistics, IT system operation, machinery leasing, and land management and rental, as well as agricultural, and grain drying and storage services. In addition, the company develops agricultural technologies comprising biomethane and electricity-powered tractor, specialised feed technology, etc. The company manages organically certified arable land. It also exports its products to Scandinavian countries, the United States, Germany, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
