Nuveen Announces Closing of $1.25 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Nuveen, LLC ("Nuveen") announced today that it has closed an offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes which have been issued in two series: (i) a series of 5.550% senior notes due 2030 in an aggregate principal amount of $500 million (the "2030 Notes") and (ii) a series of 5.850% senior notes due 2034 in an aggregate principal amount of $750 million (the "2034 Notes" and, together with the 2030 Notes, the "Notes").

Rosenberg, Head of Public Real Assets and portfolio manager for Nuveen Real Asset Income and Growth Fund (NYSE: JRI). Mr. Rosenberg will remain a portfolio manager on JRI until March 31, 2024.
