Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund is a closed-ended equity mutual fund launched by Voya Investment Management LLC. The fund is co-managed by Voya Investments, LLC and Voya Investment Management Co. LLC. It invests in public equity markets across the globe. The fund seeks to invest in stocks of companies operating in the infrastructure, industrials, and materials sectors. It primarily invests in value stocks of companies. The fund also invests through derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities, such as call options on selected indices and/or exchange-traded funds. It employs fundamental analysis with a bottom-up stock picking approach, focusing on factors like growth prospects, resilient earnings potential across market cycles, disciplined capital allocation management, and a strong competitive position to create its portfolio.
