EntrepreneurShares Announces ENTR and ERSX Transferring to Nasdaq

EntrepreneurShares (ERShares) — a Series Trust for funds investing in publicly traded entrepreneurial companies— today announced plans to transfer the listing of the ERShares Entrepreneurs ETF (ENTR) and ERShares NextGen Entrepreneurs ETF (ERSX), two exchange-traded funds (ETFs) managed by Capital Impact Advisors from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to the Nasdaq. The transfer is expected to occur on or about November 14, 2023. No shareholder action is anticipated because of this change, nor
