It operates through nine segments: Agro Business, Consumer Food Business, Export Business, Non-Package Meat Products Business, Co & By-Products and Other Food Business, Livestock Business, International Business, Pet Business, and Others. The company produces and distributes livestock and aquaculture feed under the Betagro, BE-LAC, P-LAC, FARM, Balance, MASTER, BIO, and Amina brand names; animal pharmaceutical, supplements, and hygienic products under the Better Pharma and Nexgen brand names; packaged fresh and frozen chicken meat, pork meat, eggs, and processed food and meat under the BETAGRO, S-Pure, and ITOHAM brand names; poultry meat, pork meat, egg, processed food, processed meat, and other food products; fresh pork and poultry products; and pet food products, including snacks for dogs and cats, as well as pet care products, such as medicine, supplementary food, and shampoo. It also engages in the sale and provision of farm equipment installation service comprising ventilation system, feeding system, water system, layer cage system, cooling pads, heating system, composter system, and silometric sensor; provision of laboratory testing services; sale of leftover animal parts from the slaughterhouse processes; rearing and sale of live chickens, pigs, and fish to farms and industrial processors; swine and egg production; operation of feed mill, grandparent and parent pig farms, fattening farms, layer farm, fattening pig contract farms, broiler contract farms with local farmers, poultry farms, Betagro shops, and slaughterhouse; and swine breeder trading business. The company was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand.
