Company founders who fell from grace

On Tuesday, a Delaware court approved a restraining order by American Apparel against the company’s ousted founder Dov Charney, preventing Charney from seeking the removal of any member of the company’s board of directors, and from disparaging the company. Charney’s just the latest in a long list of company founders who rode high, then fell from grace. - Andrew McKay
