Woman cooks steak in a toaster and sends TikTokers spiraling

A woman’s unhinged cooking tutorial is sending TikTok users into a frenzy.

TikToker @itsmeju1iette uploaded a step-by-step tutorial explaining how to cook a steak. Her method of cooking, however, uses a toaster rather than a stove or an oven.

In her “upsetting” video, @itsmeju1iette places two juicy, thick, unseasoned steaks in her toaster like pieces of toast. Once they’re done — if you can even say they’re done — she then slathers them in basically an entire bottle of steak sauce.

Buried in debt? A financial expert weighs in on how to get back on track

It’s unclear whether @itsmeju1iette’s video is a joke, especially considering that the rest of her TikTok feed is equally bizarre cooking videos. (In one vide, she cooks spaghetti and meatballs in a coffee pot.) However, that didn’t stop users from roasting her and questioning whether she should ever be allowed near a kitchen again.

Tinashe is calling the shots:

“That’s just not right,” one person said.

“I am physically upset,” another added.

“This should be illegal,” a third wrote.

Juliette’s cooking methods aside, some users were just upset that she didn’t even season the steak.

“So no one gon talk about how she put no seasoning,” one person asked.

“That’s not how you cook you [donut], you supposed [to] put garlic and seasoning,” another user added, channeling their inner Gordon Ramsay.

Full disclosure: Whether or not Juliette is joking with her toaster steak tutorial, we do not recommend trying this.
