Yahoo Finance Here's how you can watch the Game of Thrones finale for FREE on Foxtel
If you were looking to catch up on the Game of Thrones series before the big finale drops on Monday, you’re in luck: you can do it for free.
Foxtel’s streaming service, Foxtel Now, has a 10-day trial that won’t cost you a cent, which means you’ll have on-access demand to all of Foxtel’s shows – which includes Game of Thrones, the only show that seems to matter right now.
All you have to do is head to the Foxtel Now website and sign up.
But as the free trial is only for new customers, you’ll need to use a different email address if you’re a customer that’s had Foxtel before.
The web page will ask you which pack you want – ‘Essentials’, ‘With Sports’ or ‘With Everything’ – but only the $25 ‘Essentials’ pack shows the free trial.
After you sign up to Essentials you have the option of adding other packs, like sports, drama, documentaries or kids’ content (also for free), but the Essentials pack will cover Game of Thrones if that’s all you’re after.
Just don’t forget to nix your subscription before the 10-day trial ends, otherwise you’ll be hit with a $25 bill – or even more if you’ve added extra packs.
You can stream Foxtel Now from your PC, mobile, and tablet devices, as well as your Playstation 3 and 4, Xbox One, Telstra TV, eligible Samsung, LG and Sony Smart Tvs and, of course, your Foxtel Now box.
