GRAPEVINE, Texas, Dec. 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United Development Funding IV (“UDF IV”) announced today that on November 29, 2021 its board of trustees authorized a cash distribution of $0.065 per share payable on December 30, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2021.
United Development Funding Income Fund V (“UDF V”) also announced today that on November 29, 2021 its board of trustees authorized a cash distribution of $0.254 per share payable on December 30, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 23, 2021.
