From a modern mansion in Dyserth, to a 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom country house in Surrey, these are the most viewed homes by Brits on the property site Rightmove (RMV.L).
Starting with number five, this classic home with modern features in Lytham, Lancashire, claims to be a dream home for those who yearn for an exquisite interior design. But it also includes a standout outdoor area for entertaining guests “night or day. All this for £2,950,000.
The fourth most viewed property last month was an elegant period home in Egham. The 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom country house with its beautiful, landscaped gardens and even its own helicopter pad, is the most expensive property on this list, with a price tag of £32m. But it does come with an indoor pool.
At number three we have an historic home in Bakewell that “looks straight out of the set of Bridgerton or Downton Abbey”. Its period features and beautiful gardens embody the traditional historic English estate.
For £3,750,000 you get seven bedrooms and five bathrooms as well as “very spacious” kitchen and living areas.
Coming in at number two, offering “uninterrupted views” across Liverpool Bay and the Great Orme, is this lovely mansion in Dyserth, Denbighshire.
The main selling point, according to the lettings agency, is that the mansion comes with no neighbours, “perhaps top of some people’s dream home wish list.” The home comes with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and commands a price tag of £2m.
