Arguably the biggest online shopping event of the season kicked off at 7pm last night – and shoppers have been busy.

Until midnight tonight (Tuesday), the massive Click Frenzy sale is offering more than 2,000 deals across retailers such as Webjet, Myer, Sheridan, Fila, Catch Group, Fila, Ikea, Sony, Flight Centre, Dell, Boozebud, Guess, Air New Zealand and more.

According to Click Frenzy data provided to Yahoo Finance, these were the most popular deals across the sale in the first 12 hours:

  1. Bose Headphones (up to 50% off)

  2. Sheridan (70% off)

  3. IKEA (up to 50% off)

  4. MyDeal huge sitewide smartphone sale

  5. Oroton (up to 90% off)

  6. Sony (55% off OLED TVs)

  7. Under Armour (50% off)

  8. Country Road (20% off everything)

  9. M.J. Bale (up to 70% off mens suit)

  10. Hype DC Shoes (massive footwear sale)

And for good measure, here are the top ten retailers shoppers are flocking to:

  1. Myer

  2. Bose

  3. IKEA

  4. Sony

  5. Big W

  6. CentreCom

  7. TravelOnline

  8. HypeDC

  9. Oroton

  10. Rebel

There are almost 50 per cent more retailers on board the Click Frenzy sale compared to last year, Click Frenzy managing director Grant Arnott said.

“Shoppers had a lot more choice so we saw a mix of regular favourites (eg. Sheridan, Sony, Oroton) contending with a number of great new debutante brands and retailers such as IKEA, Bose, Mimco, and Gorman,” he said.

“We also love brands that are punching above their weight – not sure if it is a post-election thing, but Boozebud has been very popular with deals on grog up to 50 per cent off that have been highly popular.”

Shoppers keen to bag a bargain can visit Yahoo Finance’s quick run-down of some of the deals on offer.

But if you want to make the most of the sale, you’ll have to move fast – the sale ends at midnight tonight.
