The Sydney mansion where Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich fell in love is up for rent.
The northern beaches mansion from season one of The Bachelor has hit the rental market, but it’ll set you back thousands per week.
Located in Bayview, the estate was the fairytale setting where Bachie stars Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich first fell in love back in 2013.

The mansion is aptly called ‘La Joie de Vivre', which translates to ‘the joy of living’ in French, and boasts stunning views over Pittwater.
Bachelor fans will recognise the mansion’s swimming pool and the expansive outside entertaining area which set the stage for many a cocktail party, and the living areas where the rose ceremonies took place.
“Welcomed by the grand entrance with high ceilings, you will be swept away by the magnificent outlook across Pittwater, ocean and beyond; the divine ambience, tranquillity, privacy and the sense of space,” the real estate listing reads.

The property features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is fully furnished. Other luxuries include a banquet size dining room, commercial kitchen, temperature-controlled wine cellar, spa, sauna and “championship-size” tennis court.
The weekly rent isn’t publicly disclosed in the listing. However, The Daily Telegraph reported that the owners are asking for $6,500 per week. This is up from the $5,500 per week that the owners were asking for last year.
According to realestate.com.au, the property was last sold in November 2020 for a whopping $8.5 million.
This year’s season of The Bachelor, which starred three leading men, took place on the Gold Coast for the first time at a $14.5 million luxury mansion in Broadbeach Waters.
