TerraCom Non-Executive Chairman Acquires 17% More Stock

Potential TerraCom Limited (ASX:TER) shareholders may wish to note that the Non-Executive Chairman, Mark Lochtenberg, recently bought AU$348k worth of stock, paying AU$0.23 for each share. That's a very decent purchase to our minds and it grew their holding by a solid 17%.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At TerraCom

Notably, that recent purchase by Mark Lochtenberg is the biggest insider purchase of TerraCom shares that we've seen in the last year. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (AU$0.27), we still think insider buying is a positive. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.

Insider Ownership Of TerraCom

Another way to test the alignment between the leaders of a company and other shareholders is to look at how many shares they own. We usually like to see fairly high levels of insider ownership.
