If you have a picky eater in your life, this clever tool that’s going viral on TikTok might help make mealtime a bit easier. Parents are using it to get their kids to try everything on the plate. Yes, even the greens.

The Spin Meal Plate is making waves on TikTok via a video from @Christykeanecan that shows their daughter using the plate during mealtime. The video now has 1.6 million likes and over 14 million plays.

“I’ll take one bite,” the little girl says in the video as the arrow lands on the portion of spaghetti and cheese.

From what you can see in the video, the plate essentially turns mealtime into a game. When you can’t get your child to try new things, just give the plate a spin. With different animals for each of the eight food slots, kids can spin the wheel on their plate and feel encouraged to eat whatever the arrow lands on.

Priced at just under $20, the Spin Meal Plate is dishwasher safe and BPA-free. Customers give it 4.6 out of five stars. One shopper left a review that said it made a great gift for someone else’s child.

“I bought this plate for my co-worker as she was at her wit’s end trying to get her child to eat a variety of food,” they wrote. “So far she has been really happy with the results. She even brought it to a play date and the kids all got very competitive and truly had a fun time! Highly recommend buying this, she assured me that this will take away hours of pleading with your kid to eat new foods.”

Another five-star review said that the plate is “fun for the whole family.”

“Our little boy, who is five, absolutely loves this plate!” the shopper wrote. “For the first time ever, he is excited to try new things. He asks us to play every day. It’s fun for the whole family!”
