How to Shop Cyber Monday Like a Pro

Cyber Monday comes only days after Black Friday, but the younger shopping holiday sets itself apart from its predecessor in several important ways. While Black Friday is traditionally a brick-and-mortar shopping holiday, Cyber Monday sales occur almost exclusively online. Black Friday specializes in product-specific deals, while Cyber Monday generally sees site-wide sales. Lastly, retailers tend to be a little more secretive with their Cyber Monday sales than they are with Black Friday, with many stores waiting to unveil Cyber Monday sales until the last second.

Still, with a little digging, we were able to unearth some of this Cyber Monday's juiciest sales. Get ready to shop Cyber Monday like a boss with our list of the six top Cyber Monday sales of 2015.

1. Target: 15 percent off site-wide plus 75 doorbusters.

On November 30, Target will launch what is set to be one of its biggest Cyber Monday sales ever, offering 15 percent off nearly every item on its site. Throughout the day, Target will also offer 75 "e-doorbusters," nearly three quarters of which will be offered at more than 50 percent off their retail price.

Top e-doorbuster deals include Xbox One 500GB Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Bundle for $299.999 (retail price $349.99) with a free EA sports game and three-month Xbox Live subscription; 50 percent off select Sennheiser Headphones and Swagway x1 Hands-Free Smart Hoverboard for $399 (retail price ($499).

Target's Cyber Monday sale will run for one day, but it will continue to offer department-wide deals throughout the week, as well as free shipping and returns throughout the holiday season.

2. EBay: up to 70percent off plus hourly deals.

EBay has promised up to 70 percent off during its Cyber Monday sale, which is to begin on Sunday at 9 p.m. PST. Every hour, eBay will release a new deal on hot products like iPads, iPhones and GoPros. Top deals include $85 for a $100 Toys R Us Gift Card; Samsung 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart for $1,199.99 (retail price $3,999.00) and Lenovo ThinkPad 11.6" Notebook Computer for $209.99 (retail price $499.90).

3. 6pm.com: up to 70 percent off plus mystery deals.

For those of you who aren't familiar with the online retailer, 6pm.com specializes in fashion and apparel for women, men and children. Rumor has it that 6pm.com is to offer up to 70 percent off top brands like Coach, Converse and Nine West during its 2015 Cyber Monday sale. The sale will kick off on Monday at 12 a.m. EST and feature a new "mystery deal" released hourly.

4. Walmart: 2,000 exclusive online deals.

This year, Walmart is to join the growing number of major retailers who will kick off their Cyber Monday sales a day early. Beginning on Sunday, November 29, Walmart will feature 2,000 exclusive deals on its website. The retailer has hinted that shoppers can expect specials on popular items like Fitbits, 3D printers and drones. Top deals include Air Hogs Star Wars Remote Control X-34 Landspeeder for $19.99 (retail price $34.83); Harry Potter: Complete 8-Film Collection Blu-Ray for $44.96 (retail price $99.98) and Nextbook Flexx 8.9 2-in-1 Tablet 32GB Intel Quad Core Windows 10 for $99.99 (retail price $139).

5. JCPenney: 50,000 online deals.

JCPenney's Cyber Monday sale will run from Sunday through Monday and include more than 50,000 exclusive online deals on apparel, accessories, furniture and home décor. The fashion retailer will also offer free shipping on orders over $49. Expect to see deals on apparel and footwear from Nike, kid's fleece tops from Arizona and kitchen gear from KitchenAid, Ninja and NutriBullet.

6. Amazon: thousands of lighting deals.

It seems fitting that the world's biggest cyber marketplace should have one of the biggest Cyber Monday sales. From Saturday, November 28 through Sunday, December 5, Amazon is to offer thousands of what it refers to as "lightening deals" in virtually every product category, including electronics, toys and home goods. Throughout the eight-day sale, new deals will be released as often as every five minutes.
