Yahoo Finance TikToker’s $200 luxury bus experience makes viewers want to give up airplanes: ‘I’m never traveling ... any other way’
Bus travel between states will become less of a hassle with the Jet — the world’s first luxury bus travel experience.

“Took the Jet to DC last week and I’m never traveling home any other way,” McKinna (@mckinnafaye) wrote in the caption.
In the video, McKinna takes the Jet for a one-way trip to Washington, D.C., from New York. Since the Jet is in its early stages of operation, it offers service only between the two aforementioned cities.
McKinna raves about the Jet’s spacious, first-class setup. The bus has a hardwood floor, and all seats have reclining chairs, tray tables and 6 feet of legroom.
Passengers are also provided with free, high-speed Wi-Fi and complimentary snacks and beverages. Other features of the Jet include a mini-fridge and a roomy, high-end bathroom.
The most unique feature of the Jet is its motion-canceling seats. According to the Jet’s official website, the vehicle’s “HoverSeats” create “the smoothest ride on the planet”. The company claims that the motion-canceling seats eliminate “90% of all bumps and vibration from the road.”
“The seats are motionless, and it gets you to where you need to go so comfortably,” McKinna said.
TikTok users took to the comment section to marvel at the Jet’s luxurious amenities.
“I wanna go to D.C. just to take this,” a TikToker wrote.
Other TikTokers are more skeptical of the Jet’s services.
“The yassification of Greyhound,” another said.
“$200 roundtrip???” someone commented with a crying emoji.
“I tried it — the ‘motionless’ seats actually made me more nauseous than a normal seat would lol,” another wrote.
However, despite the price point and the usual downsides of bus transportation, McKinna still prefers to ride the Jet bus for the New York to D.C. trip over booking a flight.
“[The cons of] flying: the travel to airport, lines at security, bag fees, the cost for alcohol, slow Wi-Fi, gross bathrooms, uncomfortable seats, etc.,” McKinna wrote.
According to the Jet’s official TikTok, the business plans to expand its bus lines to more U.S. cities in the near future.
