If you wanted to get a hold of a home close to Sydney’s CBD around $600,000 last weekend, it would’ve been a little tough to do so.

This two-bedroom Lane Cove unit was the closest thing at $731,000, with easy access to Chatswood and Artarmon train station and moments from Lane Cove Village.

To find an affordable home, you would’ve had to head out to Calamvale, which is around 19-kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD for this four bedroom home.
