Ingredients
4 tbsps flour
Salt and pepper
Butter
Dover sole filet
Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup capers
Fresh parsley
Basmati rice, cooked

Directions
On a sheet pan, mix the flour with salt and pepper and set aside.
Heat butter in a frying pan.
Coat a filet of Dover sole with the seasoned flour, then add to the frying pan. Cook on both sides. Once the fish is cooked, set it aside. If you’re preparing more than one filet, repeat this step, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
Make the sauce by adding butter, lemon juice, and capers to the frying pan and mixing well.
Use a spoon to pour the sauce over the fish, then add a few pinches of fresh parsley.
Plate with a side of basmati rice, and enjoy!
