Does the second weekend of October hold a special place in your heart? If so, this home at 505 Conrod Straight, Mount Panorama could be the property for you.

Dubbed “one of the coolest pieces of property in Australia” by Whichcar.com, the 10 acre Bathurst home has hit the market with a price guide of $3.15 million - $3.5 million.

It’s a “‘one of a kind’ opportunity to build your dream home on Mt Panorama”, agent David Nicoll said.

The listing of this home comes shortly after another Conrod Straight home was snapped up by a US-based Aussie racing driver for $1.6 million.

That home hit the market for the first time in 88 years in June.

"It's impressive that Bathurst is still attracting that sort of calibre of buyer. Mount Panorama has been a huge drawcard, but... in the last month to six weeks I've seen more million dollar plus transactions happening in our area than I've ever seen in the 20 years I've done real estate,” Raine and Horne Bathurst director Grant Maskill-Dowton told the Western Advocate.

Expressions of interest for the 505 Conrod Straight home are now open.
