It’s almost harder to find a major brand that Shar Tuiasoa hasn’t worked with. A Polynesian illustrator who grew up in Hawaii, Tuiasoa earned her BFA in California, before returning to her home island of Oahu to open her design studio, Punky Aloha. Since then, she has designed everything from murals to chocolate bars to tote bags while collaborating with Target, the New York Times, Sephora, Patagonia and others.
