Alliyah Logan is a UNICEF Youth Advocate focused on achieving better safety in communities, equity in education and gender equality, with the foundation of her work centered on empowering Black Youth. The Bronx native is a former Teen Advisor for the United Nation’s Foundation’s Girl Up initiative, where she advocated for human rights for girls around the world. Last year, the organization recognized her with its Girl Hero award alongside Tarana Burke and Shonda Rhimes. Logan, now the Director of Youth Engagement for Youth Over Guns, has been recognized for her work in Teen Vogue and the New York Times.
