Has Jason Segel found the real-life Lily to his Marshall?

The How I Met Your Mother alum is dating Kayla Radomski, whom he’s been linked to since fall 2023.

Segel has said in the past that if he’s going to have a girlfriend it’s because “she’s awesome.” The Shrinking star told Vanity Fair in 2012, “I don’t want to have a girlfriend for the sake of having a girlfriend. If it’s gonna happen, which I assume it will at some point, it’s gonna be ’cause we’re like awesome together.”

Radomski has said on Instagram that her boyfriend inspires her every day. After the pair attended the 2024 Emmys together, she thanked Segel for loving her and for “being the best man this lady could dream up.”

Radomski, who was born in January 1991, celebrated her 33rd birthday in 2024.

“Here’s to another year of love, friendship, dreams, hard work and adventures!” she wrote on Instagram after her special day. “Can’t wait to keep chasing my goals, creating, learning and just making this beautiful life so full of happiness!”

She competed on So You Think You Can Dance

Radomski is a dancer who competed on the fifth season of So You Think You Can Dance, which premiered in 2009.

The dancer was 18 years old and living in Aurora, Colorado, when she auditioned for the Fox competition show. Choreographer Sonya Tayeh called Kayla’s audition “smoking hot, slick and slippery.”

Radomski ended up coming in fourth place on So You Think You Can Dance that season.

She is also an actress

Radomski was cast as Katya in the short film Ukrainian Dance Movie, which was written and directed by Roxy Toporowych. The actress has admitted that the character in the narrative short “holds a very special place” in her heart.

The dancer also had a role in the horror movie Bunker. “I may not look like myself!!! 😏,” she noted on Instagram of her part in the film, adding, “I am so honored to be a part of this!!”

She and Segel were first linked in 2023

Segel and Radomski were first linked in October 2023 after they were photographed holding hands at Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights.

Per the Daily Mail, the Forgetting Sarah Marshall actor smiled as he strolled with Radomski at the spooky event in Los Angeles.

She and Segel made their red carpet debut in 2024

The Muppets star and his girlfriend made their red carpet debut at the 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards. Segel was nominated at the 2024 ceremony for his role in the Apple TV+ comedy Shrinking. The couple posed for photos together on the red carpet.

Radomski later shared pictures from the event — including photos with Kevin Costner and Ali Wong — on her Instagram.

Alongside the snaps, she wrote, “WOW…… @jasonsegel I am so incredibly proud of you!!!! What a dream. You are absolutely one of the hardest working and most deserving humans on this planet. My Golden Globe Nominee! I love that we got to spend a whole day celebrating YOU and your talent!!! I love you so much baby!”

She supported Segel at the Emmys

Eight days after making their first red carpet appearance together, Radomski accompanied Segel to the 75th Annual Emmy Awards, where the Shrinking actor once again was a nominee.

“We wouldn’t be here without your hard work and determination,” the SYTYCD alum wrote of Segel on Instagram. “I am always amazed watching your drive and love for what you do. You inspire me every single day. I cannot wait to continue to watch you thrive and create more magic throughout your life.”

She’s danced for Taylor Swift

Radomski has shown off her dance moves dancing back up for pop superstar Taylor Swift. She was one of the dancers in Swift and Brendon Urie’s performance of “ME!” at the 2019 Billboard Music Awards.

“Oh hey there @taylorswift and @brendonurie! Just poppin in to say hello! What an incredible night this was! 💕🦋🦄,” she captioned a photo of herself dancing on stage behind the two singers.

Ahead of the performance, Radomski shared a picture of her and Swift hugging. In the caption, she wrote, “I am forever grateful to be a part of this special moment!!”

She appeared in Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood

Swift isn’t the only star Radomski has danced with.

She appeared in Quentin Tarantino’s 2019 film Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood, dancing beside Leonardo DiCaprio’s character Rick Dalton.

“Don’t blink!!” she captioned a picture of the scene. “I still cannot believe I got the opportunity to be a part of this EPIC film. WOW. Thank You Universe!! I’m so GRATEFUL.”
