Investing.com Breaks Into World’s Top 400 Websites, Reaches 10M Downloads

Investing.com – Financial markets platform Investing.com has just breached two key milestones in its growth; breaking into the list of the world’s top 400 websites and exceeding 10 million Android downloads.

As of Thursday, the site was number 398 on the Alexa list of top websites and had more than 10 million unique downloads.

"Our dual milestones in app downloads and website traffic — a mere few months after we had already reached the Alexa 500 — combine to represent a strong indicator of Investing.com's rapid growth, and the intensifying demand among users around the world for highly accessible real-time financial information,” said Mickey Winitsky, co-CEO of Investing.com.

Founded in 2007, Investing.com has grown into one of the world’s top three global financial websites with more than 21 million monthly users and over 180 million sessions. The site provides real-time data, quotes, charts and financial tools across 250 exchanges worldwide in 44 international editions.

Available on iOS and Android, the Investing.com app has been the highest-rated financial markets app on Google Play for five consecutive years. It offers real-time data on markets worldwide, a calendar of global economic events that can be customized, a personalized portfolio for tracking financial instruments, customizable alerts, news and analysis, and access to financial tools.

"It's truly humbling to reach 10 million downloads on our Android app,” said co- CEO Shlomi Biger.

In April, Investing.com broke into the top 500 on Alexa, the Amazon-owned company which monitors website popularity relative to other websites.

Investing.com covers more than 300,000 financial instruments and offers unlimited access to financial market tools and insights free of charge. In addition to the global stock markets, Investing.com also covers commodities, cryptocurrencies, world indices, bonds, funds, ETFs and world currencies.
