Insider Buying: The Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:BKNG) Independent Chairman Just Bought 32% More Shares

Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:BKNG) shareholders (or potential shareholders) will be happy to see that the Independent Chairman, Robert Mylod, recently bought a whopping US$967k worth of stock, at a price of US$1,934. Aside from being a solid chunk in its own right, the deft move also saw their holding increase by some 32%.

In fact, the recent purchase by Robert Mylod was the biggest purchase of Booking Holdings shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records.
