GOP sets sights on crucial Obamacare mandate

The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq are all looking to begin the day in the red. Investors will be monitoring Washington as the GOP once again attempts to eliminate the Affordable Care Act’s individual mandate. The Senate is adding a provision in to the tax plan that would drop the requirement for all Americans to have insurance.
