Eccentric billionaire and brainiac inventor, Elon Musk has listed his California pad for sale for a cool US$4.5 million (A$6.34 million).

He’s selling the house he bought with ex-wife, Talulah Riley to favour his several other LA homes.

The stunning home comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, floor to wall ceilings and ocean views.

And it has a private garden “ideal for relaxing and entertaining”.

The suburb, Brentwood, is considered a “sanctuary for residents”, its listing reads.
