On Twitter, the bank described the issue as "intermittent technical issues with our systems" and assured customers they were urgently investigating the situation.
The latest incident comes after a major network failure in April that left customers unable to access a range of services including ATMs, EFTPOS, Commsec, phone services and online banking.
