Chelsea FC XI vs Man United: Starting lineup, confirmed team news for Premier League today - Werner starts

Timo Werner starts for Chelsea against Manchester United this afternoon.

After coming off the bench to score in the midweek 4-0 win over Juventus, Werner makes his first start since November 2.

Thomas Tuchel makes three changes, with Werner, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Marcus Alonso all coming into the team.

Chelsea are without the injured N’Golo Kante and Ben Chilwell, while Mateo Kovacic is also missing.

Chelsea want to exercise caution with Lukaku’s return from injury.

Cristiano Ronaldo starts on the bench for United.

Chelsea confirmed XI: Mendy, Chalobah, Silva, Rudiger, James, Alonso, Jorginho, Loftus-Cheek, Ziyech, Hudson-Odoi, Werner.
