Located on an elevated 4,497-square-metre block, the hillside property boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms with Mediterranean-inspired interiors, romantic arches and lime-rendered walls.
“Your taste of the good life awaits with this architectural icon,” the listing read. “Unique and unrivalled in every aspect…”
The property includes a main house with five bedrooms - all with ensuites - plus a self-contained guest house.
There is an impressive walk-in wardrobe attached to the main bedroom, as well as a luxurious ensuite featuring a circular stone bath, brass details and stone benchtops.
The property also boasts a designer kitchen with a half-moon island bench made from dolomite marble, which flows through into the living area and opens onto the outdoor area.
From there you can take a dip in the magnesium pool, or grab a drink from the pool’s swim-up bar. You can also enjoy sweeping views of the Gold Coast and entertain with a built-in barbecue.
Sellers Ben Rochford and Dominee Gessner bought the property for $1 million in August 2018 as a vacant block. Rochford’s company Tidal Constructions built the house and Reece Keil Design was responsible for the design. It took two years to build and was completed in November 2021.
Earlier this year, Villa Casa was awarded House of the Year at the Gold Coast Master Builders Awards.
The property was up for sale via expressions of interest and was sold by private treaty yesterday with the price withheld.
It was expected to sell for between $8 million and $10 million, according to Nine, with interest coming from interstate buyers.
