"There are speculations circling that one of my ex boyfriends from years ago may have contracted the HIV virus," she wrote."
"They are rumors (sic) and I know nothing more than anyone else."
The 29-year-old also revealed that she has been tested "at least once a year since we split up", and that her results "have came (sic) back clean across the board every time.
Olson also tweeted that she had filmed herself waiting for the results of an HIV test.
Recorded myself for half an hour being tested for HIV and getting the results. This is so stressful.

50-year-old Sheen has boasted of sleeping with more than 5000 women, including high profile actresses and models such as ex-wives Denise Richards and Brooke Mueller.
"Charlie thought he was indestructible and took no precautions - even though he was indulging in high-risk sex practices," a friend of Sheen's was quoted by the National Enquirer.
The publication claims it has conducted "an exhaustive 18-month investigation".
The Two And A Half Men actor went through a meltdown in 2011 when he was fired from the hit show after a series of attacks on the creator Chuck Lorre. Sheen went on to give a series of bizarre interviews and display seriously erratic behaviour.
