It’s no secret that Australians love property, but this week, they obsessed over one house in particular.
But calling it a ‘house’ isn’t accurate either, given the home is a 6-bedroom, 3-storey homestead that sits on 55 sprawling acres.
With five garage spaces, six bathrooms and comfortably sleeping nine, the house at 1 Caballo Road, Guanaba in Queensland is currently seeking expressions of interest.

The property is surrounded by perfectly manicured lawns that surround it on all sides, and nestled between the main property and the guest house is an “oversized pool and spa”.
The main dining room can host 12 seated guests, adorned with pendant chandeliers, while a kitchen with a stone bench and island offers a casual dining option.
But if its future owner, or their guests, needed some time away from the crowd, the property has two other dining rooms to recline in.

The estate might be out of budget for most Aussies – but that hasn’t stopped us from looking.
