Bucs LB Devin White takes literal victory lap on horse around Raymond James Stadium

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are Super Bowl champions, and a big reason why is linebacker Devin White.

The fifth overall pick of the 2019 NFL draft capped off a second-team All-Pro season (but not a Pro Bowl season, oddly enough) with 12 tackles (two for loss), one pass defended and an interception in Super Bowl LV. Alongside Lavonte David, White formed one half of one of the best linebacker duos, which dominated the Chiefs last Sunday.

The win gave White a ring in his second season in the league, but, more importantly, it gave him a chance to do something he's been itching to do: ride his horse around Tampa Bay's Raymond James Stadium.

White got a chance to follow through on that goal Wednesday after the Bucs' Super Bowl boat parade.

That is called living your best life.

For those of you who need details after watching a watching a professional athlete ride a horse around the stadium, the horse is named Artistic Dream and is one of many horses owned by White — as of Jan. 2019, he owned seven. Riding horses around stadium is pretty much White's thing at this point, as he did the same thing and more when he was a student-athlete at LSU.

White had been angling to ride Artistic Dream on the Raymond James Stadium grass for a while. Tampa Bay's mayor mentioned the idea before the Super Bowl and White was publicly lobbying Bucs general manager Jason Licht to do it on Wednesday. However, it appears he didn't much care for permission, saying he would do it no matter what if the Bucs won:

"If we get the W, I don't care what they say, I'm pulling the horse out and I'm gonna hold the Lombardi Trophy and I'm gonna ride around."
