Blue Apron takes a dive, Starbucks dips, CBS trends lower

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

Blue Apron (APRN): Shares are down in early trade, at around 21.5%. The meal-kit provider shares slid after the company posted a wider loss for the second quarter as revenue fell short of estimates. The company said it had a net loss of $32.8 million, or 17 cents a share, in the second quarter compared with a loss of $31.6 million, or 47 cents a share posted in the year earlier period.

Starbucks (SBUX): Shares down here at around .12%. Starbucks announced a partnership with Chinese tech titan Alibaba. The duo will merge the online and offline worlds and leverage big data to hook consumers into the Starbucks and Alibaba ecosystems.

CBS (CBS): Shares down here, around .27%. The CBS board of directors has agreed to hire two law firms to investigate allegations of improper behavior against Chairman and CEO Les Moonves.
