A 1993 McDonald’s commercial starring NBA legends Michael Jordan and Larry Bird that premiered during Super Bowl XXVII is the inspiration for the latest Air Jordan 1 Low colorway.

In the spot, the two engage in an intense game of HORSE. His Airness repeatedly utters the phrase “nothing but net,” daring Bird to sink his shot from impossible range.

The six-time champion was dressed in a matching shirt and shorts ensemble featuring 90s-era zig-zagged print. That outfit was the inspiration for the Air Jordan 7 “Nothing But Net” in 2015 and five years later, the same color scheme is back, but reimagined for the Air Jordan 1 Low of the same name.

Priced at $100, highlights in this shoe include white leather upper and suede overlays, an encapsulated Air-Sole unit for added relief and of course, signature perforations on the toe for breathable comfort. Priced at $100 a pair, you can purchase the Air Jordan 1 Low “Nothing But Net” at Finish Line and JD Sports.
