1. Lemon cup sorbet

Look no further than this recipe for a fun way to eat sorbet. Start by slicing off the bottom ends of each lemon so that they can stand upright. Next, cut an inch and a half off of the top of the lemon. Then use a spoon to remove any pits and pulp. Place the lemon bottom slices in each hollowed lemon to seal any holes at the base before covering them with the top parts and freezing for a few hours. Finally, fill the lemon cups with a sorbet made from blended frozen lemons, lemon juice, frozen coconut cream cubes, maple syrup and lemon zest before serving.

3. Coco Loco frozen pie

Enjoy the taste of a classic Coco Loco cocktail in the form of a delicious pie. Start by making the crust from a blend of cookie crumbs, ground macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, brown butter and salt. Next, bake the crust at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Then add coconut filling to the crust made from coconut milk, cream of coconut, salt and heavy whipped cream. Freeze for two hours. Top with diced mangoes and freeze overnight. Finally, garnish with mint, lime zest and coconut flakes before serving.

4. No-bake lemon raspberry frozen yogurt granola cups

Pretty and easy to whip up, these no-bake granola cups are the perfect frozen treat for when you’re in a pinch. First, combine granola, almond butter and coconut oil in a mixing bowl. Next, scoop the mix into lined muffin tin compartments and pop in the freezer for at least one hour. Then add yogurt to each cup, and top with frozen raspberries and lemon zest. Finally, pop them in the freezer for at least two hours before serving.

5. Mangonada popsicle

These popsicles are the embodiment of sweet and spicy. First, add frozen mango chunks to a blender, followed by lime juice and orange juice. Once blended, pour the mixture into popsicle molds coated with chamoy sauce. Then pop them in the freezer for approximately five to eight hours.
